HOW DO YOU DEAL?
HOW DO YOU HEAL?
Releasing Anger, Grief, and other Emotions
This half-day Well Play* event encourages women to acknowledge, own, and work through their anger, rather than being shamed by negative social narratives. During this event, participants will learn about some of the common emotions that precede anger; how to honor their anger; and how to use that knowledge and acceptance to work through our layers of emotions, find understanding, and hopefully, a sense of release.

R.A.G.E BEGINS!

HOW DO YOU DEAL?

HOW DO YOU HEAL?

R.A.G.E. (Releasing Anger, Grief, and other Emotions) is a half-day Well Play* event - designed and presented by licensed psychotherapist and Me First Self-Care founder Denise M. Williams - that encourages women to own, acknowledge, and work through their anger, rather than being shamed by negative social narratives that often trap us.

During this event, participants will learn about common emotions that precede anger; how to honor their anger; and how to use that knowledge and acceptance to work through layers of emotions, find understanding, and hopefully, a sense of release.

To create space for wholistic healing, R.A.G.E. is presented in two parts: a morning session on Redondo Beach, and an afternoon session at CKO Boxing Studio in Lawndale.

(participants must get themselves to/from the beach and the boxing studio, approximately 20 minutes apart)
