Wellness Check: Mental Health in a Pandemic
Now, more than ever, it's important to stay connected to your feelings, as well as other people.
Beginning on Sunday, April 26, 2020, licensed psychotherapist Denise M. Williams will lead FREE, guided virtual conversations to help you tune into and process your feelings in a safe, private space with other women. (up to 20 participants per session).
